My state of mind: Relaxed and happy. I’m currently by myself on an island outside of Bali.
I feel the most balanced when: I have time to “check in” with myself. Sometimes it’s hard to prioritize spending time with yourself.
In relation to fashion, I have learned not to: Buy things I don’t need, and I really don’t need a lot.
My best DIY tip for making every day more sustainable: To your own capability, do your best in every aspect of life. My advice: When you’re buying a piece of clothing, ask yourself if you’ll want to wear it straight away, like every day. Will it be your favorite? If not—don’t buy it.
I cannot live without: My friends and family. I would do anything for them.
I’m currently reading/watching: From Sex to Superconsciousness by Osho
My eco-fashion prediction: We have to change. I’m an idealist so I believe we can do it. But change is difficult in a world where everything revolves around profit. I guess a lot of people would say this, and it’s true: we as consumers need to step up and take our responsibility.
My favorite organic/natural beauty product: Coconut oil.
My forever-favorite piece of clothing: My second hand planet jumper.
This is priceless to me: A good conversation, laughing with my grandmother… There are so many things! When it comes to the materialistic stuff I think we all know that, in the end, none of it really matters.
